The presentation of bills through IFHRMS, had already implemented in districts such as Kanyakumari, Ariyalur, Theni, Karur, and Salem and from 1* June 2020 onwards it has been decided by ‘Treasuries and Accounts department to present the bills through IFHRMS in Erode, Thirunelveli, Thiruvarur, and Madurai for which all efforts are being taken to present the bills without any error.
To implement the scheme for the remaining districts, certain preliminary works are required to be undertaken for smoothening the process of presenting bills without any error. Hence all CEOs are directed to submit the details on the prescribed format below to the FC email address within the date of 29 -6- 2020. This may be treated as most urgent.
