I am to invite your attention to the references cited and inform that the Pay Grievance Redressal Committee has proposed to hold personal hearing with your Association on 11 . 02 . 2020 at 2 . 30 PM in the premises of Government Data Centre , Chennai - 25 .

2 . I am also lo inform that only three office bearers of your Association will be permitted to make submissions during the personal hearing convened by the Chairman , Pay Grievance Redressal Committee .
